i tore my pec last year and didn't think it was that bad so i just left it alone thinking it would heal ok.well it healed with so much scar tissue 6 months ago i couldnt i sleep at night without my arm going numb.there are several knots the size of dimes all over my right pec but right in the incertion one the size of a golfball i go the a.r.t which helps alot and stretch often but this week i started to workout again.the strange thing is i'am stronger on press behind head,close grip bench, lying tri extention everything i can keep my pec out of.now today i did pecs the only thing that didn't hurt was incline press and they sucked i benched 135x10 to the mid chest as thats the only place it goes.now i've benched 435x5 before is this something that i might have to live with can you come back or will i just have to find some excersizes that i can do and stick with them.#2 will blood volume training help,any help i would apprectate.p.s. now i relize that after six months off i would lose strenght but my first delt workout i did 225x10 behind neck press and close gripped 315x10 so as you can see somethings going on thanks
