I'm trying to avoid Dutasteride or finasteride but I'm pretty sure at this point that I am very sensitive to even slightly elevated DHT levels. Has anyone curbed it SUCCESSFULLY another way?
I used to break out while my body gets used to the hormonal change. I've used a glycolic face wash to keep my skin clear, and a long handle brush to wash my back. I also had my SO apply RX strength retin-a/retinol to spot treat areas on my shoulders/back as needed when. Hope this helps.
Exfoliate with the facial scrub every evening. Followed by 20% glycol acid pad and .05% Retin-A. You'll have your skin in a month. Be sure to use sunscreen and moisturizer
topicals never did shit for me. oil rich food worsened it. I have perfect skin with dutasteride or saw palmetto or accutane or trenbolone (deca/nandrolone gives me acne)
dutasteride or saw palmetto. both very effective the latter a bit less
I dislike duta/saw palmetto made my face hold water and made the muscles look soft even with letrozole or aromasin and a spot on diet. worst drug, hated it while i was on it. accutane is way better and low doses 5mg ed can still give you 100% clear skin. need to find your sweet spot
sun sensitivity? not from dht blockers but accutane yes. you might get a sunburn faster but you can easily enjoy the sun all day with a sunblocker. might differ from person to person
