I ahve studied and researched and can tell you that anything that is a spray, oral or creme that says it will give yuo HGH is bunk and a rip off. The supplement market does not have to prove their claims and can be false ones and nothing happens unless it is a blantent scam. Always do your research.

Agree, Do not waste your money. Hell take your money and get test!!!!!! Really though all these sprays claim to raise your hgh levels and in theory they may but not even close enough to do anything. You can do other things to raise your own natural levels.

all that is bunk .but a co-worker of mine at the gym is using some test cream that his doc perscribed for him and you apply it in your inner thigh and that does work.
