Anything else I need to know before SYNTHOL?

Going to be using 2bottles of syntherol. Only bi shots and directly into the peak when my bi is relaxed. Going to use a 25gauge 1" pin and go all the way in(aspirate as well). Massage afterwards and do a few sets of light curls everytime afterwards.

Does everything sound right? Anything else I need to know?

I agree wholeheartedly with Ry - bury it deep. You want to push the muscle up from the bottom - not just fill it with oil.

I'd focus on hitting EACH biceps head not just trying to hit the middle - there's a remote possibility that you'll inject between the heads.

What I recommend to people that are just starting out using these oils is to use 1ml per head of muscle per day, or every second day, for a week or so and see how they react to it. That way they can judge how many ml they can use per muscle head and how often.

would this mean that if you're doing bicep injections you'd be doing a total of 4/day? Two into each bicep head every day?

no, 1ml per head (2 total) every day or every other day.... so over a 4 day period you would use (if EOD) 2ml per head for a grand total of 4mls

day one: left outside head
day two: right outside head
day three: left inside head
day four: right inside head

sorry if this is wrong, i'd just like to know what i'm doing before i do this.

you could do it that way... or do 1ml per head on say Monday, nothing tuesday, then both heads again on wed, ect.....

Do not use the same area! Thats a good way to get some thick scartissue like I have. You can inject from the side and in to. Vary depth too.
