ive never noticed any appetite surpression with any supps that claim to do it, including EC. It actually seems to make me MORE hungry...Works great for fatloss though. Never tried clen but from my buddies that have it doesnt seem to do much to control appetite either...

Nicotine gum is a good appetite suppressant. I'm not recommending to use it or give it to anyone though. I wouldn't try to be giving something to someone legal or otherwise. Its sounds like they have a appetite problem way you ask. Why don't you just send them to a MD that specializes in nutrition/diet. They prescribe appetite suppressants all the time.

Honestly, what works for me everytime is coffee. If my stomach starts talking to me, I put 1 sugar and some half/half in a nice cup of coffee and it kills my hunger instantly, and trust me, my buddy likes to roar and ramble. Its amazing.

well i am currently trying usp labs recreate for its appetite blunting effects, I got them cheap on ebay so I thought i'd give it a go, so I would say all my cravings are gone on 4 tabs per day, and little in the way of side effects or jittery feeling, as a suppressant I give it 7/10 I am going to run it an other week down 4 lbs so far, which is mainly due to less food intake and a cleaner diet because of less appetite,

ALri venom hyperdrive was also good which I stacked with ephedrine hcl in the morning before cardio that combo I would give around 9/10

I get bad sides from it(anxiety like symptoms),my choice would be Accomplia/Rimonabant.

Wouldn't consuming fatty acids increase CCK by releasing more of it.

Have you friend take a Leptin test,than contact me. Probaly you friend has a hormonal unbalance, stimulants would not help, would do more damige than good.
