I have found a few tricks to add more calories to my diet, i mean when bulking I dont know how healthy you want to eat, but if you get 400-500 grams of protein, that is the important thing, all the other calories are up to you. I think eating lots of hi gi carbs that will make you hungry and crave more helps alot. Ice cream with melted peanut butter adds alot of calories, or add olive/flax oil to protein drinks, eat alot of steaks, whole eggs, mashed potatoes, butter, Cake, cookies, Wake up in the middle of the night and eat, Just eat and eat eat eat.
Damn I wish Fat was sexy, or healthy because i could be so good at it.
