I'm about to do that same cycle in a month. Here is what I'm running:
Cycle (8 weeks)
400mg Test Prop - week
75mg Tren - EOD
Arimidex .5mg - EOD
Nolva 20mg - ED
Caborgoline - As Needed
HCG - 500 iu's - E4D
Propecia (Finasteride) - 5mg ED
PCT (4 weeks)
HCG - 1500 iu's weekly for 3 weeks
Nolva - 40mg for 2 weeks, 20mg for next two weeks
Clomid - 150mg first week, 100mg second week, 50mg next two weeks
I have been doing a lot of reading on this becuase this will be my first cycle on Tren. To my understanding, anastrozole is an AI (Aromitase Inhibitor) This simply means that it prevents in the conversion of estrogen. Whether this prevents the build up of prolactin I don't know. I've heard it doesn't... That's why I bought some caborgoline just in case. If I see my nipples leak milk I'm thinking that's not a good thing... I'm running HCG throughout my cycle becuase I've heard that the Tren really shuts you down, this way when I do my PCT I'll already have a headstart on kicking in my balls which will only help me to keep my gains! Propecia is for hair loss, I hear this is a real problem with Tren. Good luck man, we'll have to touch base during our cycles to see how the sides/gains are coming. Talk to you soon.
You want to use cabergoline/dostinex for the tren related sides. Arimi is as posted above good to help stop aromatase of androgen to estrogen. The cab will tend to offset some of the sides from tren.
A-dex will do nothing in regaurds to progestrogen induced gyno. A-dex does wonders for me at .25mg everyday for keeping estrogenic sides off. As far as sides caused by tren progestrogen/prolactin gyno, cabergoline or bromo is what you need. i would go with the caber, i hear the bromo has awful sides.
