6 months ago I was rack pulling 675lb. I was on my last rep and when I Stood up all the way I heard a lot of cracking and popping coming from my left side in my trap, chest, and shoulder. I immediately dropped the weight and I felt a sharp pain in Collarbone when I breathed in. I did not have insurance at the time so I couldn’t afford an MRI but I got an X-ray. No bones were broken but the doctor said that I have pretty bad arthritis for my age. There was a few white lines stemming from my shoulder bone. I went to a chiropractor, got a few deep tissue massages from a sports massage therapist, and I have been still trying to stay active and training 4 times a week.

I ended up getting atrophy in my left arm, numbness in my middle finger, pointer finger, and thumb. The feeling came back after a long time but I still can’t do any pressing movements or even tricep push downs. On a hammer strength machine I can still press 4 plates with my right side but I can only do one plate on the left side.

I really want to get better so I can train again. I came off of all gear shortly after the injury. I have been clean for 5 months and I plan on staying natty until I get fixed. Once I know i’m Good to go I plan on jumping back on.

Are there any AAS or SARMS that could potentially help me? i’m open to any ideas

Sounds like cervical spine issues and impingement. These things can slowly resolve. Sounds like you need some professional treatment and diagnosis. I had/have degeneration in L3 through S1. I could not squat 2 plates without extreme pain for weeks. Same with deadlifts. Before that I was a upper 500s squatter and deadlifted. None of the conventional physiotherapy worked. So, I did yoga for 8 months with weights just 2x a week during that period. Then slowly got back into training. I still do not go over 250 on the squat for up to 20 reps and mostly stick to rack pulls up to mid 400s for reps but at least I got back there. The yoga did it. It somehow refurbishes the joints and lets them heal. IDK if it would work for your particular issues but might be something to think about. I did it 2-3 times a week. The women are granola but at least 1/2 of them are pretty hot.

Hopefully you have insurance now, because you need that MRI. Take it from someone who has C4 through T1 fused, L4 through s1 fused, multiple other surgeries and I have Ankylosing Spondylitis which is an arthritis and inflammatory disease. In the cervical area nerve damage can become permanent quickly. My left bicep is flat. My strength is building but the growth isn't there. You may have calcification/bone growth in the facet joint and it's impinging a nerve. AAS and/or SARMS won't fix the issue. See a spine specialist. You should also do a screening to see if you anything auto immune going on.

No and let me tell you, the problems you're facing now are just going to compound EXPONENTIALLY if you dont start addressing the issues now. There's plenty of modalities now of days that can help stimulate the bodies healing process but essentially without addressing the issue directly, it's all just a waste of money. An ounce of prevention.
