Would just like to make an extra shout out for my man here. I made a purchase almost 5 months ago ... used 7/8 products I ordered, the 8th one just happened to be defective in a certain way. I emailed AG, 3 days later I had a new one in the mail. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Genuine guy here fellas.

A friend had an order turn around in 4 days- including a weekend. Only problem was 1 item was missing. He sent an e-mail to Asia asking if maybe item shipped seperately- Asia replied "No, sorry, but it's on the way now...". That is very cool.
