Aspirin regimen or alcohol to thin blood?

Emeric recommended Nattokinase to me after my heart attack in 08 and I used to for about 6 months or so. After that I saw my hematologist and he put me on coumadin. I had no issues with Nattokinase. Just thought I bring up the fact that I had no sides from it.

I had Something Similar. Had the Flu, from Vomiting I tore the Lining in my Stomach.
Around Midnight I seen Blood in the Vomit, grabbed my Shaker Cup to see How much volume was Blood and not water..
Basically filled the Cup solid with Blood each time. Went to the ER and gave me something to stop vomiting...BAM All came out the Backend.
I was there for nearly 8 hrs Shiting Blood and monitoring my BP. Luckily it Healed just Before they had to go IN !!!

I was just listening to a podcast called Coast 2 coast AM and they brought up the fact that aspirin came from white willow bark. The late Matt Porter (God that still seems so weird to write/read..RIP) used to mention the use of white willow bark in place of baby aspirin. I have never used it but would be open to exploring it. Does anyone here have knowledge or personal opinions or experiences with the use of it?

The first generation ECA's had white willow bark in it. Such as the original Stacker's.

There's slight difference between the two. Primarily one's (ASA) a synthetic derivative of salicylic acid. The other, a botanical.

I'm pretty sure there's been discussion a time or two in the past on here. Unfortunately, using the search function isn't like it used to be to dredge up old posts.
