Buffalo Chicken wing Dip
Ingredients
1lb of Chicken Breasts
1 bottle of Frank Red hot or wing sauce
Kraft fat free shredded cheddar or regular cheese
2 blocks of fat free cream cheese
Cook the chicken in a pan, add the hot sauce, simmer.
Then use an oven safe pan add a layer of cream cheese to the bottom of the pan, then a layer of cheese, then pour the chicken on top. Add more layers of cheese and as much hot sauce as you want. Then place in oven for 15-20 mins to heat and melt the cheese.
Take it out and dip anything you want in it
If low carb use celery or brocolli.
If carbs arent a concern use tortilla chips, or wheat thins, triscuits.
