I like 5-6 tblsp preworkout and and post workout plus inbetween meals (sometimes up to 6-8 tblsp).
LBA's don't bloat you like most whey drinks so you are ready to eat sooner and thus get more food in you per day thus bigger!:lightbulb:

I like LBA's way more then any protein drink, the worst thing about them is its hard to stop drinking them! lol!
