What type of protein do you take before bed time? Ex. whole foods, shake, etc...
I used to take a cassein shake always before bed but have recently switched to the following:
1 scoop whey protein (TP - Strawberries N Cream)
5 tbs. chocolate LBA's
8 oz. Milk
This tastes so GOOD and makes me feel like I'm cheating at night time. I'll even throw in ice and or fruit sometimes to make a smoothie. I haven't noticed any loss in recovery in fact I think I'm recovering better now than I was on the cassein (diff brand, etc...)
