I still think for the low cost combo of hawthorn berry/coq10/vit d3/ its really hard to beat. This combo has lowered my systolic by a good 16 points on average.

It's worth a try, although I also take hawthorn berry and Q10, and my by hasn't gone over 140/80 while on cycle, since I started usin these products, it used to go as high as 165/90. God bless you.

Try taking a nitrate bound amino acid product. VPX has one SAN has a creatine version and BSN has them in a few of the newer products. PURE NO chemically bonded to the amino.. Same effect as beet juices nitrates but get the added advantage of better supplement bioavailibity.

Agree, I take a NO product bonded to arginine, excellent for lowering BP and good pump at the gym, but I don't see any harm on adding some beet juice to the mix, pretty inexpensive. God bless you my friends and take care of your BP now, otherwise you will regret it later in life.
