Being sick and training..

Okay, so I'm certain it's not the best idea to train while your sick. But, I'm very irritated since I've been making really great gains lately in muscle mass and being able to maintain being relatively lean compared to how I used to be. I was curious as to your guy's thoughts on training when your sick? My temperature is only 98.9. Yesterday it was 99.1 or something around there. What do you guys think? Do you guys train when your a little sick? I know a week off wouldn't kill me, but it's just kinda frustrating!! -StOrY
 
It depends. It does not sound like you are very sick with that temp. If you feel up to it physically, I would unless you feel like you are contagious.
 
I say give your body a rest for 2 days, taking Lots of vits and getting lots of sleep will get you back 100%. Loooooooots of wawter. I personally buy a gallon of water and take it with me as if it were a water bottle and drink and refill all day.
