Ben Pakulski gets props for getting his gut down!

I'm curious, at the high end\pro level of conditioning, what training techniques, drugs, etc. could be used to reduce the size of your gut\waist?

I mean, you're already looking at being ~4-6%, so it's not like you're losing any more fat there.

So how does a guy go from being 6% with a larger gut to 6% with a smaller one?

its all in the way they feed themselves...

i mean...we aren't talking about palumboisim here,
just the way they handle the off season will change the gut.

also, i feel if you continually GO HEAVY, these people tent to have
larger midsections. Branch, Coleman, Kai...ect

Don't have a picture of it, but i saw Roelly on Snapchat the other day and he was using a corset too. I though this was a scam, but apparently many people are using with some success.

x2 on everything... offseason eating and the heavy compound movements and ab work.

I don't know if he does the traditional carb load but that can also make a massive difference. For the pursuit of muscle fullness on stage a big gut is usually a byproduct. In fact the gut is the first place the carbs will go to.

As the above posted everyone seems to be using a corset to bring in the waist too. You only have to look at some of the burlesque models to see how effective they can be. Even I was gonna buy one to bring my waist down. Even when I am fairly lean I take 38 inch waist trousers. I have brought my waist in a lot recently and like the above highlights using a high quality whey isolate (synthepure) does wonders for a few meals per day. It's common sense really. It's not just the macros but the volume of food. If guys are eating large meals throughout the day it will expand the waistline. I find smaller more frequent meals using foods that you digest well can significantly help bring your waistline down. I have also started doing vacuums on an empty stomach too.
