Hey All, new guy to this forum, and I must say this is the best I have seen.
Well here is what I have. I am 43 and have been back to lifting for the last 2 years and not doing to bad. I have now got into powerlifting, Well just bench for now and doing ok.Here is the problem at weight's over 315lbs and at 550lbs the pain in my forearms is bad. And the pain don't happen when I am holding the weight or pushing it happens when I rack and take the weight off my arms and it's a slow release. It's starting to get in my head and work against me. I have been to see the doctor and that has not helped much. The guy's at the guy all have there own advice. But till now nothing that works. So I am hopeing to get some good advice on what to do or what to change and from what I have seen if I can't get it here there is none.
