Whats the best type of massage for a bodybuilder to get. Can you name the top 3 in order in what you guys think or have experienced.
I would put ART above all though.
Deep tissue and Rolfing.
hate to sound like a religious freak but ART changed my life. I would highly suggest it for anything that even resembles a soft tissue injury
+1. Active Recovery Therapy is the real deal.
ART and graston technique hurts like hell but if you can find someone who can do it and knows what they are doing it can eliminate down time from training. Do a search and find someone in your area if you have soft tissue/ muscle injuries. It made a huge difference for me.
ART fixed a serious real deltoid injury last year. It hurts but it works. I'm currently getting it on my upper back and traps for the same thing. Being sore never felt so good.
what is active recovery therapy? what are the basics?
