1. What is the best OTC product? Is it Rogane (seems to be the only one).

2. When do I start applying it?

3. What is YOUR experiance with hairloss products and gear?

Did some research and came across this VERY nice 3-part article that talks about all kinds of different products.

Near the end of the Part1 he has a recommended "hairloss stack".

In Part2 he talks about Nizoral as being a disapointment in trials. However...he does recommend it as a topical anti-inflamatory as part of his hair-loss stack.
