My favorite way to make frozen protein ball:
Mix two scoops choc. Whey, some sugar free choc chips, 2 tbsp PB, 1 tbsp Vita Fiber and splash water until you can get it to mix. Then throw it in the freezer for an hour till your next meal and you have a tasty cold protein bar to snack on!! Heaven!!
