Big A has one in the articles forum. Info straight from the man himself. Syntherol is the only SEO I've used and I wouldn't use any other.

I personaly like to read EVERYTHING that I can find when reseaching something I'm clueless on or dont know much about ( Not saying you dont) and if its posted on PM.com its worth reading!!

^Yeah bro I hear ya..just did a search and there were like 20 pages of threads so was gunna try to narrow it down. Im starting with Big A's How to guide for site injections article.
