fish oil
olive oil (not really a supp)
CoQ10
resveratrol
green tea
an anti-inflammatory diet (again not really a supp)
Humanofort
I would like to put down LBA's but from a health/longevity stand point it is not as important as stuff that reduces inflamation, controlls blood sugar and repairs the adrenal glands
one should also ask what are the least important things from a supp perspective for health/longevity such as NO2 products which some might like but aint gonna do much for ur health
i'll say fish oil. heart disease is #1 killer in US and fish oil's benefits to heart health are proven so i will say it is the #1 sup.
My list of must-haves:
bromelain
fish oil (enteric coated caps)
vit e, c, b complex, zinc, folic acid
b12 injectable
red rice yeast
acidophilus
also:
saw palmetto
metformin
Bromelain is a proven natural and safe anti-inflammatory and also because it helps with protein digestion. Very well documented. One of the best things I was ever introduced to.Im familiar with these:
fish oil vit e, c, b complex, zinc, and B12
Why the other ones if you dont mind sharing bro? Im new to some of them

Red rice yeast contains elements for lower overall cholesterol and improve your lipid profile. Well documented.
Acidophilus just improves my intestinal health. I am much less bloated and have sustained appetite. Also well documented.
Saw palmetto is a good one for men in general. Prostate health and even hairloss. I don't know how much is medically or scientifically documented.
Metformin is a drug and I don't want to promote it but for me, my choice is to use it to increase insulin sensitivity and prevent possible future bouts with Type II diabetes. There is also plenty of info online for it as well.
