How big are your biceps?

my biceps could be bigger, but arms measure slighty past 19", at 5'9 220ish. For me this is good back in May they were only 16" from almost a 2 year lay off.

Yes muscle memory, I'm still trying to catch up to my old self, so far my chest and back seem to be back to where I was in my peak. But my arms and legs need to come up still. I have made a pretty big transformation so far though.

19 7/8 at 5 ft 9 ,I gained an extra inch and a bit after my first cycle at test e 250 mg for 8 weeks ;mind you at this point if i was to get into contest shape I would lose approx 1 inch

19.5 cold at 257 lbs....ill be over 20 in a couple months as i just started new cycle after long layoff....i wqas over 20 last fall at 265...
forearms are 15.75 cold as well right now

18-18 1/2 @ 5 9' Doesnt matter what my weight is. They increase slightly 1/2 when around 240, but look bigger when cut up at 210 and 1/2 smaller.

Like I mentioned in another thread about sleep apnea, I basically haven't worked out in a year and dropped about 35 lbs, but I can now sleep without the CPAP machine so for me it's worth it. I just can't handle sleeping next to a girl looking like Darth Vader.

This is the best I can do by myself right now. I know these pics are shitty, sorry. I tried one with flash and one without, but I couldn't hold steady, so I'm not fully flexed, especially in the flash one. I'll try and get someone else to take pics at some point. I included a front relaxed pic as a reference.

I'm very self conscious right now so I will remove these in a couple of days.
