Looking to the future, I see a time where I am going to have to come off for probably several years. Therefore I am extremely interested in seeing how much weight have you dropped, what your strength is like, are you getting fatter or just smaller, etc over these past six months. Do you feel there is a point where you could stem the tide of decline if you never went back on but resumed hard training?
