Can I take Synthetine (inj l carnitine) orally? Reason being I'm developing a lot of scar tissue from the injections and I bruise like crazy, too. Not very pretty ...so...please let me know.

While you're waiting for BigA's answer, can you tell me how is lucian doing? Haven't seen him in a while.

BTW, I'm pretty sure your stomach will kill it - but the good news is it's water-based so can go through a very small pin (like a slin pin). You can do it subQ (more painful) but IM is better.

If it can be taken orally, that would be news to me as well.

He's great! Thanks for asking. He's working his ass off! He does an insane amount of cardio 14x per week and is on a killer diet/rigorous training program. He'll really "bring it" at the show and life-wise he's an amazing person. PM him for details. I know he'd be happy to hear from you!

Stomach will destroy it. Can't drink it. Must inj it IM. Use a tiny needle. Water based, it will dissipate within minutes and it won't cause any scar tissue.

hey bro,
im doin fine. thanks for asking. just busy working and training for the marylands. i decided to drop to the bottom the heavywt at about 202lb.
as of now im 215 with 7 weeks to go. seems im gaining muscle while loosing fat so i have no idea what wt i will be at. i stared cuting at 253lb 5 weeks ago. guess spending most of the year not using "supps" made a difference as im doing 2 hr of cardio daily, a high volume wt workout 5 days a week, and alternate between low and NO carb days. and i gaining muscle. im looking to bring in better legs and a better back than last year, which has been all the judges complaints. its been tough w both of us dieting but it is still a great experience. win loose or draw, LKG and i will be in the best shape of our lives and thats the important thing.

Sounds like you are really kicking the cardio. 40lbs is 5 weeks! That's unreal. Good to hear you are okay. Try not to kill each other!

Seriously, good to hear from you. I'm going to check where that show is. Maybe I'll go. Edit: Just saw it's at the Convention Center! I was just there for a conference. Place is huge. There's some good restaurants there. That's right by Inner Harbor. Maybe I'll see you on the 18th.

that would be awesome. i didnt know you were in the area. ive never been to inner harbor but lkg has been to the convention center and said the same thing.
