It's more complicated than that. Depends how many carbs daily your body is used to. Probably I would suggest 300g carbs/day for the first week, 200g carbs/day for weeks 2 and 3 and 100g carbs/day for weeks 4 and 5.
Doing that with as many cutting products that you can get your hands on and with daily cardio you will get lean very quickly.
Regarding the muscle mass, if you have plenty of protein - 500g+ per day you will not lose muscle.
