just wanted to tell anyone in california that wants to hit a gym where you can train hard and heavy without gettin in trouble to hit 24 in riverside ,my girl and I finished a mountaindog syle heavy drop set of hacks and legs today starting with 8 plates and down to 1 plate for teardrops gettin a little loud and all ...and being able to leave with the thumbs up from managment is a nice day for sure ..then after talkin to him SWOLLDUCK from here I realized we were in good company ..lol..very small world!

Thanks for the post man. Its nice to see people actually come in and lift, not just do 20 minutes on the treadmill and leave thinking they got a great workout. lol
