I have a question regarding Bill Starrs 5x5 routine and if its a good idea incorporating it during PCT and further. I was thinking that the benefits would be that it requeries 3 workouts/ week thus making the recuperation time longer and also the heavy lifting ( squats 2x week and DL x1 ) definatly would, evethough marginally, help to speed up ones hormoneproduction. However at the same time it makes me thinking that maybe the 2xsquats/week and DLx1/week puts to much stress on the body during PCT when the recuperation process is at its lowest. Also Bill Starr being both an olympic lifting coach and advisor for NFL strenght developing programs, maybe this routine was specifically developed for athletes during their AAS peroids? Any feedback would be greatly appriciated. thx
