There is a lot of different opinions in the American medical community about these numbers. You’ll get different answers from everyone.
Thanks bud! What is yours? I go off what the medical community considers in range. It’s varies like others have mentioned. If you’re steadily up and over 135-140/90+ and higher on a daily basis then I’d start taking Telmisartan at 40mg for a week then check your BP. If it’s still elevated then bump it up to 80mg.
Personally for me I like to stay 120-130/70-80. I’m 95% of the time 125/78. That’s good enough for this old fella.
I know plenty of people walking around me here with BP’s 150/100. No medication to control it either. All red faced and everything. Even complain that they never feel that great. There’s no shortage of unhealthy folks down here in NOLA.

What did it change to once taking the meds?I started Losartan when I was around 175/90, give or take a few
Creatine also raises blood pressure i found out.My best advice to you is to not do anything to agitate your blood pressure in the first place. I know your going to do what you need to do and my opinion Doesn't matter for shit, but I do care about human life and In all honesty, anything you do, stress, food, excess hormones and rec drugs use will cause bigger blood pressure problems and will greatly affect the outcome and length of your life tremendously.
Around 140/75What did it change to once taking the meds?
Please try Telmisartan.Thanks bud!
Mine is usually around 135-145/80-90
I am on low doses like 450mg test e with 200mg mast e.
I do have red face lol like to be healthier but dont know if its worth the sides from BP meds. All meds have sides.
They say high blood pressure is the silent killer due to not knowing if unchecked.
But red face is a sign lol
I will. Been thinking about it and going to do more research. Please try Telmisartan.
Or at least investigate it.
Can’t answer your question.I will. Been thinking about it and going to do more research.
Do you have to taper off or can stop once off of gear?
I was on antenolol forgot how its spelled. It was a beta blocker and couldnt stop it cold turkey had to taper off. Was wrong BP med for me.
Telmisartan is a RBC which is better for athletes.
Thanks bud!Can’t answer your question.
Talk to your doctor.
I measure it once a day. First thing i do when i wake up.if it’s abnormal for a month straight; you’ll need blood pressure meds
you need to log it before you start medication. BP fluctuates for so many reason throughout the day. So being high once or twice doesn’t tell you anything
I suggest everyone who’s using gear to get on BP and cholesterol meds.I measure it once a day. First thing i do when i wake up.
Thats what my doctor recommended me to do and average it for the week.
Its high due to gear when not on gear its 120 range.
Why take BP meds if BP is fine?I suggest everyone who’s using gear to get on BP and cholesterol meds.
even a beta blocker.
