Blood sugar after eating

I was playing with one of those accuchecks things the other day and I had just ate lunch about 10 min before my blood sugar came up too about 135 is this normal? I'm goin to keep chekcin it I know its not suppose to go over 120. Anybody elses get a little high like that directly after eating?

Sounds rather normal to me.

Run a check about 2 hours after eating. You should then be near 100. If it's still high, see a doc, you may be pre-diabetic.
