I've been keeping a close eye on my blood sugar both before and after my post workoutout shot and shake.
My blood sugar never drops after my shot but I'm taking plenty of carbs in the shake after the shot , and actualy my sugar goes up a good bit after the shot and shake.
So my question is would it better to lower my carbs down so that my sugar stays the same (in the 80 range) rather than going up to the 120 range.
my diet is very clean , the meal after the shot and shake in high protein and good carbs very low in fat
my goals are to gain muscle and still drop bodyfat.
