Did you fast before the test - like 10-12 hours? If not, that could be why the glucose is slightly elevated. It still is at the top of the range, so not really something to worry about.
Platelet count shows how quickly your blood clots. Your value is right in the middle of the healthy range: 150-450
From the rest of the values, I assume you are currently "on"? The red blood cells count (RBC) is above healthy levels, as is your hemacrit (HCT). HCT shows what % of your blood is red blood cells, so if RBC is elevated, it obviously shows up in HCT; even more so if you are dehydrating for a show.
I'd suggest donating some blood relatively soon to drop those blood levels, because it can lead to stroke if you are not careful. I find that I have to do that myself, especially if I combine test with Eq, which causes my RBC to shoot off the charts. Since red blood cells live for something like in excess of a month, donating blood is pretty much the only way to quickly drop those numbers back to a safe level.
Hope this helps!
