I my younger days i ate a bro diet. Then married a woman that was a vegetation. And i did the cooking. I added more veggies to my diet and would go several years at a time without a day sick. I eat for health more then anything. Breakfast was spinach, blueberries 3 whole eggs and a cup egg whites. Most meals center around 40-50 grams of protein 1-2 cup veggies or a piece of fruit and what ever carbs are i need. I snack on nuts. I cook in beef tallow or olive oil. The occasional garbage but that is not daily. I feel better when i eat good.

Correct, yes. 400mg was using one of my 200mg Cyp and adding another 200mg per week of my own stash. It might be a good idea yes, to drop back down to 100mg a week for a month and then get some new bloods run. Thank you for that, much appreciated.
In my experience, it takes a few months using ONLY TRT to see a discernible difference in some markers on your bloods unless only orals and/or fast acting injectables were being used. This may not be true for everyone but it was in my experience way back when...

Man I need to tell this to my wife because when I take a tsp of pink salt before I train she gets pissed as hell. I don't do that often, but still.

Regarding veggies/fruits. I have one banana and eat 2 cups of green beans each day. I also take some high end greens supplement blend, which has a lot of organic ingredients (fruits/veggies etc). It's time to add more real veggies it seems. What are you personally eating, if you don't mind me asking?

Salt is an essential mineral, especially if you’re sweating a lot and training etc and drinking a lot of water..

Another thing people over look is iodized salt, you don’t really get it anywhere else unless you’re eating seaweed or a multivitamin that has it.. And it’s essential for metabolism and thyroid health and all kinds of other health benefits...

But I put iodized sea salt on everything.. I basically salt everything to taste, no measuring.. But I sweat and move around a lot, I do cardio intensely 3-4x a week and I drink at least a gallon of water a day... I probably get in about 5000-6000mg of salt a day easily..

And many aren't getting as much iodine as they think they are.
