I my younger days i ate a bro diet. Then married a woman that was a vegetation. And i did the cooking. I added more veggies to my diet and would go several years at a time without a day sick. I eat for health more then anything. Breakfast was spinach, blueberries 3 whole eggs and a cup egg whites. Most meals center around 40-50 grams of protein 1-2 cup veggies or a piece of fruit and what ever carbs are i need. I snack on nuts. I cook in beef tallow or olive oil. The occasional garbage but that is not daily. I feel better when i eat good.
