Here is an old routine i came across going through my journals. It called The Best Of Both Worlds.
Its a spin on the 5x5. The rep scheme still equals 25 reps but you get the best of low and high reps. Great mass builder.
Warm up sets of 50 and 70% of work wieght. Then 3 sets of 5 drop the wieght to your 70% warm up set and blast out 10 reps.
Done 2-3 x a week fullbody.
