well I think that Guy Cisternino is kinda clownish...the way he talks about how he "out works" everyone, all of his cringy clichés and general ass hattery..



and the guy tearing his stringer at 1:33 and making growly faces at the camera? holy shit dude, it's JUST lifting weights lmao.. let's not get too excited

I liked the editing, effects, and sound clips... but that content for motivation should be towards newbies or something... chicks lounging w 40lb eazy bars. 135lb squats just aint gonna cut it on a forum of advanced trainees...

im familiar with the concept... it's the over dramatization that I was referring to..


ive seen guys squat so intensely that they turn purple.. they start bleeding from their noses.. etc..


ive never seen anyone ditch a bar (with 1 plate per side no less), and then just lay on the floor and play dead.



I don't know dude, but I highly doubt he would have done that if the camera wasn't on him.
