Brad Rowe Health Support Supplement Regimen

Nothing earthshaking here but a good look at a fairly robust health support supplement regimen. I've heard through circles Brad doesn't push the "super supplements" too hard but he appears to be on top of his health in general.

I do question some of his "science" and his workout clothes he wears at Gold's are horrendous but all in all a pretty good video.

He doesnt push them very hard and has a solid company like ProjectAd behind him...love their health supplement selection!

Apparently he thinks Curcumin is Turmeric. Close, but no cigar dude.

I get the health aspect but god damn that’s a bit time consuming not to mention pricey
