I am done soon with my 10 week bulker and wanna bridge with Primo for about 8 weeks and then go back into another bulker.
Now how to do this the best way.
My stats are as off NOW (7th week) 274lbs, 6´3, fairly high BF%.
How to run the Primo, so that it doesn´t interfere with the Recovery plus won´t inhibit the HPTA? Is actually besides muscle maintanance some muscle-gain possible? What should the dosage look like in my case?
I am thinking of running parallel to it, for those 8 weeks, clen and T3 to cut down on the fat a bit - what are your thoughts there.
