Need some urgent advice please.
I am getting ready for two shows but they are 1 weeks apart. The first one is the 21st of August and the second one the 28th.
The question: I did my last weight training and cardio session yesterday. The intention is to just practice posing for the rest of the week as I give my legs a chance to recoup before the show. Is this perhaps to soon to stop my cardio if my intention is to peak for the second show ?
My current stats are 105kg / 231lbs and 5.4% body fat.
