What is the best bulking workout routine when on cycle? Like EOD full body workouts or 2 on 1 off split? There are so many different routine so what do you think the best is.
Big compound movements should make your base... Deads, squats, bench and overhead presses.... That should be the base for most any IMO.. But its gotta be a feel thing.. A workout needs to be yours... Eat well and lift hard and results will follow...
