BUSTED!!!!!! could you help out???

Ok a buddy of mine let his girl borrow his truck...she was pulled over and the officer asked to search the truck...she said sure no problem. Well, he found an old film bottle with 15 pink dbol in it. The dbol was about 4 years old and they were all dried and broken up. The officer took the broken pills and had them sent tothe lab...they came back as a hormone.

NOw the town he is in has never handled a case like this. The prosecuting attorney has no idea how to bring this to the judge. They are say a MIS. with a $1500.00 and so be it. Or he can fight it and get it all taken off of his record. He asked me if he should fight it?? Again it was 15 broken 4 year old DBOL. NO one there has any idea what that is equivalent to.

Should he just take the MIS. and the $1500.00 fine and leave it alone???

He has ahd nothning for about 4 years, so he let them search his home...nothing was found.

if that is seriously all they found

fight it all the way.. shit he could say it may have been left in th truck from a previous owner or he dont know how they got there or whatever. Any decent lawyer should be able to get him out of this one. He could also just call and ask Rick Collins for legal advice as always he is always willing to help out. 15 5mg dbol tabs is a very small amount its not like its Xtc or acid were talking 1-2 days worth of dbol. Come on now tell him to get a laywer and not go out like that. Thats the most rediculous thing i have ever heard if he pleads guilty to it.

a traffic stop with a bullshit possesion and he let them search his home????????? I know why not if clean, but fuck them, Id spend 1500.00 on atty and beat it..its crap case.

I think we're missing some part of the equation.

Doesn't make sense that a traffic stop would lead to a search warrant being issued for the house. Even if it were 15 ectasy tabs!

trust me this town is very DUMB...they have no clue. They scared him by saying they have a case against him and he could go to prison for a few years. So he had nothing to hide and he had moved 3 times since his last steroid cycle. this is the first time ever that they have delt with this. So, the attorneys agreed that they have no clue on how to bring this to court. This is also a PAC 10 college town, so they might think he is dealing with the school some how??

He bought legal muscle and gave it to his attorney to read.

what did she do wrong? lol... She didn't know her bf was keeping illegal shit in the truck that he let her borrow.. Shows a little bit of irresponsibility on his part dont' you think?

Maybe it wasn't a good idea to let officers search, but she didn't think she had anything to hide... It's a lot worse idea to hide dbols in film bottles and forgetting they were there!

Hey i agree 100% that he shouldnt have even had those pinks in his ride like that...thats his fault...but also you have to remember we have rights...and she did not have to let him search the ride...infact she shoudlnt have let the cop search even if she thought it was clean. Thats all im sayin....to many ppl let them search cause they think that they have to.

I am sure there are some other details he is not telling me. I know he is not a REC drug user, but his fiance has her masters in bio chem...so she might have had some of her work in the truck and that raised suspition.

GET RICK!

I do this stuff for a living. He needs to at least get in touch with Rick. DON'T trust a local lawyer who won't have any idea how to deal with this. Rick is the country's grandmaster criminal defense lawyer in this stuff. He's also a hell of a nice guy, and will probably be willing to at least discuss the situation with the guy without being officially retained. GET RICK!
