I mean I remember at one point trying to add a few teaspoons of MCT oil but I am talking like straight up sticks of butter with white bread this 500lb cook I knew once told me he ate sticks of butter like snacks with white bread in college. Is butter an effective way to increase calories or will you just lose your appetite to eat anything else after a stick of butter?
 
You will end up looking like your 500lb. cook friend......

Grass fed pasture butter only, no more then 2 sticks in one sitting. Studies show the GH release only increases by 500% up to 2 sticks but levels off after, so there’s no point in more. Only works in conjunction with Ezekiel English muffins, as many as you want. Enjoy

Once I tried to eat a piece of white bread mixed with coconut oil, don't ask me why, I thought it would be something delicious to eat since I like the taste of both separately. I have not repeat it

It's funny you should ask.....earlier today my neighbor threatened my dog and my goldfish. I was so angry I ate a butter sandwich to calm down.....it worked but my hands got slick and I dropped my phone and it smashed. Just not my day.
 
You guys laugh but it is 100 calories a tablespoon. I don't think I can eat actual sticks but I am adding heaps of it to everything. It is made from milk so basically its the fat from breast milk you know the shit that makes cows and babies grow. We are all getting protein and carbs are we gettign enough fat. The more fat I eat the leaner you get as your body just burns fat for energy. But y'all just laugh wait until I hit 230 see who is laughing then.

Wtf are you even serious. Wait till you hit 230 of what pure fat.if you have to eat sticks of butter to hit a miserable 230 you definitely in the wrong sport
