I mean I remember at one point trying to add a few teaspoons of MCT oil but I am talking like straight up sticks of butter with white bread this 500lb cook I knew once told me he ate sticks of butter like snacks with white bread in college. Is butter an effective way to increase calories or will you just lose your appetite to eat anything else after a stick of butter?
