So I drink a couple of cups prior to training at 3am-4am sipping on it for the first part of my workout also. I might have another cup later on around 7 or 7:30 prior to work. Is it only me or does everyone piss as much as I do throughout the day. I'm talkin I gotta go about every 1.5 to 2 hours...it really sucks. I'm talkin alot of piss also not just an average amount. Also, I get up in the middle of the night almost every 1.5 hours as well. I started putting a 2qt jug next to the bed cuz I was so tired of walking all the way to the bathroom, and I piss almost 1qt during the night.
Any ideas? Is it the caffeine? Kidney issues? Prostate issues? This has been going on for quite some time now even before any 'supplement' use.
