so i pride myself on being a hard worker in the gym....
but whenever i drink any caffeine (usually Spike! energy drinks) my workouts are on a whole other level! i mean...it seems like im more focused and work 10x as hard....which is ridiculous.
does anyone know why i feel more focused? or is this just some placebo-effect bullshit im having?
