So I plan on focusing on growing my calves when I start my next bulk in a few months. I have use vary many training strategies with varying volume, frequency, rep range, foot position, tempo, etc. I have made progress over the years but not enough.
I plan to crush them three times per week where the workout will be more or less focused on calf training. I plan to implement a cycle for 8 weeks using testosterone, dianabol, HGH, igf-1 des and mgf (not PEG).
Testosterone will be at 4-500 per week, dbol around 40/day, hgh around 6iu daily. The IGF and MGF will only be dosed when I train calves (to save on cost), 200mcg of MGF and 50mcg of IGF in each calf in four parts each calf.
My question is really related to the timing/dosing of the IGF-1 DES and MGF. I want to use the short acting versions of each because I understand they can interfere with one another. From what I understand, IGF will interfere with MGF, and MGF has a half life of about 8 minutes or so. So, what I was thinking was dosing the MGF immediately after I hit calves, then doing some other exercises or cardio for about 30 minutes and then dosing the IGF.
Would like to get your thoughts on what I have outlined (whether it makes sense or if anyone has any suggestions) - not only with respect to the IGF/MGF but anything else you might want to suggest.
