I know most have a hard time with building the calf muscles but for myself it is a little different.If anyone has ever had any experince with is called a Clubbed foot then you know what I mean. Well both of my feet were and have had 4 corrective surgeies on both as a young child.At 175lbs.back 8 yrs. ago was noticeable but now 235 at 30yrs to say the least it is very noticeable.Went to even look into implants and the doc said there was not even enough room to place by both muscles.More or less looking for a little advice on how to better build on what is there or other options.
Yes I do work legs 2x a week upper legs are good .Not looking to compete just looking to look somewhat normal.Please remember this is caused by the corrective surgeies not just lazyness.
