Hey guys, I have a good friend who is an elite swimmer and needs some advice on nutrition and supplement use for training and recovery. His stats are 6' 170lbs.
Current workouts are:
MTRF: 1. AM: 6-7K meters in the pool
2. Afternoon: 1.5hrs weight training
3. Evening: 4-5K meters in the pool
W&S: Recovery days: 4-6K meters
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated!
