You're making progress man. I did some preachers with a 15lb dumbbell yesterday. Lol. My arm is getting stronger. I can DO more weight but just not pushing. Doing tris also. So hard to get a pump especially in my tricep. But I've always had a hard time getting a pump in my tris. My arm is still lagging as far as size. Definitely better than it was but still behind. Don't let it get you down too much. It WILL come back just have to accept its slow going and not rush it. Its like on the Hammer Strength Incline for chest. On my left side I'm doing 3 plates. On my right side, side with rotator surgery, I'm doing a 25lb plate. Yeh I can do more but still taking it slow. 20 rep sets.
