Decided I have had enough of pushing to get heavier all the time. Get fatter and heavier, then diet, get heavy, then diet and so on. Flucuate between 215and 240.
Currently I`m 225 and fairly lean (9-10%) - I am 5`8
Thinking of eating about 3,800 clean calories per day - using 50mcg t3 daily and 1g of test e per week and going with just that. Cardio twice per week - 40 mins per time. Weights, three times per week.
Diet to look as follows:
100g whey and 100g oats in water, 10 fish oils
200g chicken and 100g rice, 10ml olive oil
100g whey and 100g oats
6 whole eggs on 2 slices wholemeal toast
100g whey and 100g oats
Work is so hectic I can only get 2, maybe 3 whole meals in each day.
I usually bulk on 5,300 but do gain some fat and look watery - I am wanting to hang around 225 and really tighten up but stay full.
