ive been using calorieking.com for years now. I tried fitday and a few other ones before that, but none as extensive as calorieking. Now that i started watching my sodium, i can track that too along with all the other macronutrients.
I think it cost about $30. There are bootlegs if you know where to look.
I use Fitday, it is free, easy to use, does your ratios, counts protien, carbs, and fats, even tell you how much fiber per day. Since I been tracking with it, I put on 15 pounds.

I just started using Fitday. It seems to count fiber as a carbohydrate which is artifically inflating my carb intake. Yes fiber's a carb but I don't want it to show up in the total carbs consumed. Is there a way to break out fiber from the carbs?
