Gyno can be comprised of either all tissue, all fat, or a combination of fat and tissue. Im not a doctor and haven't done any sort of scientific study but I'm willing to bet that the vast majority of gynecomastia cases involve a combination of both tissue AND fat.

Your's may be just that. I've never used AAS so I can't say for sure of that's the cause of it but I'd be very surprised if what you had was just fat especially since you seem to be pretty lean. By the way, I had my gynecomastia from puberty removed this past summer. I couldn't really feel the gland behind my nipple but after surgery the doctor showed me the gland he had extracted and told me that my case was fingers of gland with fat inbetween.

Well we know that test can aromatise into estrogen and we also know that estrogen can be responsible for fat deposits in breast area, midsection, thighs and buttocks. So I'm not sure I would call it pseudo-gyno but it could be the start of gyno induced by estrogen. I suppose for there to be gyno there needs to be a certain amount of fat in the breast to begin with. I'm no doctor and certainly could be wrong but it makes sense to me. Have you tried any arimidex to see if this helps? Might be worth a try. You have mentioned puffy nips, are they itchy or painful at all? Are they more or less sensitive to the touch? these can be early warning signs.

I have had it for 2 years now but never ever felt a hard tissue there, only fat ... when u have fat only , it's called pseudo gyno ... that's what I have but as in my case it's due to aromatisation then i would have guessed there would also be a breast tissue .. and the doc told me there is no tissue .... damn I alwasy do it different than the other hahahaha

well my main question here was if anyone ever had a case pseudo gyno related to AA's use ?

I have had it for 2 years now but never ever felt a hard tissue there, only fat ... when u have fat only , it's called pseudo gyno ... that's what I have but as in my case it's due to aromatisation then i would have guessed there would also be a breast tissue .. and the doc told me there is no tissue .... damn I alwasy do it different than the other hahahaha
